These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the p56 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, and related services offered through p56.live ("the Platform"). All financial transactions on p56 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). p56 does not process transactions in foreign currencies.

All bets are final once confirmed. p56 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed wagers except where a clear system error is identified. Where a technical fault affects the outcome of a game or bet, p56's decision on the resolution is final.
p56 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of manipulation, software exploitation, or collusion. Any winnings derived from such activity will be forfeited.
Sports betting markets are subject to event-specific rules. Void bets may be declared in cases of event postponement, cancellation, abandonment, or where other specified conditions apply. Settled amounts will be returned to your account balance for voided bets.
p56 may offer bonuses, cashback, or other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated when the offer is made available.
Bonuses are not guaranteed and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. p56 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any promotional offer.
Attempting to abuse any bonus or promotional offer — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other exploitative method — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
